I hope Amanda is aware of the potential damage to wild seaweed (not farmed) populations, their habitats, and the animals depending upon seaweed for food, etc. caused by large-scale, commercially-driven harvesting, or even the cumulative impact of many small-scale commercial wild seaweed gatherers. I hope you will ask her in the interview what she is doing to mitigate this potential harm.
