Started six years ago by the Adirondack Green Circle as a way to connect eaters in the area with the produce that the farmers were bringing to market, the Farm to Fork Festival will be from 9:00-2:00p.m. August 30th. It promises to be something more or less of localvore heaven: home cooks serving dishes made from locally grown harvest, HAND-CRANKED ICE CREAM, a Pickle Bar (a pickle bar!), and an artisan beverage bar featuring local spirits, wine, beer, and cider.
