more oral historians needed: smart folks apply!

FEB. 1 Application Deadline for SFA Oral History Internship
The Southern Foodways Alliance (SFA) announces its next round of internships in oral history. These internships are geared towards current students who are interested in the food culture of the American South and want to learn how to conduct oral histories, gain more fieldwork experience, and/or pursue their own projects in collaboration with the SFA.  The deadline for applications for our 2012 internships is FEBRUARY 1. More information can be found on our website: http://www.southernfoodways.org/classroom/internships.html
