want some baby goats new york?

Edgwick Farm is a soon to be licensed microdairy and creamery that will produce farmstead goat cheese in Cornwall, New York.  They are expecting between 50 and 75 kids to be born between January and March.  These kids can provide an opportunity for young farmer to raise them for meat.  Heritage Foods USA has launched a venture to create a market for those kids at 6 to 8 months of age.  See http://www.heritagefoodsusa.com/ventures/goat.html.

Edgwick Farm needs to move the kids out soon after birth for a small fee.  Please contact Talitha Thurau at edgwickfarm@gmail.com if you are interested.
