Did you miss our It Takes A Village pig butchering workshop because you live in Washington state?  Then this event is for you.

On June 15th Island Meadow Farm will be the site of a hog butchering class, taught by Brandon Sheard. Brandon is the head butcher & charcuterie master at Sea Breeze Farm & has the experience of processes hundreds of “the whole hog.” We’ll be making cured meats & breaking down the animal into primal & then culinary cuts.
