from grass to cheese

We just got this note from the makers of a documentary film, From Grass to Cheese, that’s in the works right now. Here’s the trailer, and what they have to say about it.

The Greenhorns trailer looks great. I wanted to share with you the trailer for a somewhat similar documentary we are currently making that focuses on a family run dairy farm in southern Ohio. The film will document the first year of cheese production on the farm and will show the struggles and triumphs of being an independent cheese producer in the current agribusiness climate as well as the dynamics of trying to raise 5 children on a farm that’s been passed down through the family.

The farm is Laurel Valley Creamery
