Join us for a weekend of butchery +feasting

2 Butchers
2 Days

Hams, hocks, bacon, boudin you name it.
Every bit will be salted and savored

With butcher Bryan Mayer + Daniel Meyer of Brooklyn’s The Green Grape

Suggested donation of $125 includes workshops, all meals + coffee, train pickup and piggy feast. Sliding Scale – we accept work trade

Additional pork can be purchased on the day.

Send us your favorite pork recipes for the compilation cookbook that we are assembling.

Take the train! Amtrak to Rhinecliff.

Please bring warm clothes, beverages, waterproof boots, extra socks, a cooler for meat, potluck items (particularly greens + grains) and whatever you need to sleep comfortably in the 18th century hayloft. Questions? Call us. 845-758-1155
