  1. I strongly agree with the need to heal the earth. We have been so focused on industrialized agriculture that we have failed to keep the source of our food healthy — the land; and it has negatively affected the nutritional value of our food. Indeed, nutritionally valuable food is essential for healthy human cells, and health starts at the cell level. To me, the benefits from this holistic approach are obvious.

    A book I have recently written highlights this viewpoint and I want to draw it to your attention, as you may be interested in it.
