the greenhorns trailer

A tiny taste of the feature film, The Greenhorns trailer features a small sampling of young farmers whose soil spans from California to Maine. It’s meant as a visual primer more than a depiction of the scope of the film. Please help us expand the diversity of farming methods, farmer backgrounds, and ag regions by nominating a local hero here.
This footage was shot by Taylor Gentry & Ian Cheney (King Corn) of Wicked Delicate Films and Basia Winograd. Force Theory scored the music and editor Laura Hanna of Hidden Driver gracefully spun thirty hours of footage into this 4 minute primer. If you like what you see, please add your name to the mailing list or consider donating to the project.

Fantastic job…I can not wait to see the film. Also I would love to pass this on to the rest of my school as many of us are supporters or members of this beautiful sustainable movement. Lastly if there is more information that I can get to help spread the word of this film please do not hesitate to ask.

Hello,
we are planning our 3rd film series to run once a month Sept – May that we hold for free during the offseason in our community. Is your film completed and could we order a version to review? We just saw King Corn – great film.
Thanks,
Tara

This is very inspiring. I have a long patch of land which is my backyard that I long to do something with. I am encouraged! I live in Atlanta, GA. If anyone is willing, we need help!
